It's like the fact that the weather folks up here predicted a "clobbering snow storm" and both of my kids got a snow day. But the roads were actually clear (helllloooo??) and I had to go to work. Of course, the whole time I'm thinking like I'm walking to the train in a blizzard and absolutely freezing my tootsies off. Hmmm... maybe I'll dig out my electric blanket when I get home... How will you know what the actual temp is outside if they give you these options? They should only give you the temp it feels like and then if it is actually warmer, that is a bonus.
